Returns
You have 30 days after you receive the item to return it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the bag it comes in and in the original packaging. If there are any damages to the item or packaging, we can not accept the return. All our products go through an inspection before shipping to check for defects. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and will immediately notify you of the status of your refund upon inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or store credit, deducting the shipping and restocking fees. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. If during checkout there's an error with your address, please contact us and we will get everything sorted out.
(A 10% restocking fee, and the customer is in charge of paying return shipping fees.)
