6-Month Quality Guarantee

At AzurePads, we're committed to delivering premium gaming mouse pads and desk pads that meet the highest standards of quality. We stand behind every product we sell.


General Information

This warranty applies only to physical products purchased directly from azurepads.com. All claims will be accepted or rejected at the sole discretion of AzurePads. Warranty is not applied to the random pad.

International customers are required to pay return shipping fees unless otherwise stated. Return shipping costs for inspection of products are incurred by the customer unless otherwise stated.


What the Warranty Covers

This 6-month warranty covers:

  • Cosmetic damage upon arrival - If your mousepad arrives with any visible damage, we'll replace it immediately
  • Workmanship issues - Problems with stitching, seams, or construction quality
  • Material defects - Issues with fabric, rubber base, glass, or printing quality that affect functionality

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use
  • Misuse of the product or incorrect handling
  • Accidental damage (cuts, burns, spills, dropping)
  • Fading or discoloration from sun exposure
  • Any issues created by the customer from not properly using or taking care of the product
  • Modifications or alterations to the product

How to Make a Claim

If you experience any issues covered by this warranty within 6 months of your purchase date:

  1. Contact us at support@azurepads.com with your order number
  2. Provide photos showing the defect or issue
  3. Describe the problem and when you first noticed it

We'll review your claim within 48 hours and provide instructions for next steps.


Our Commitment

We take pride in the quality of our products. If we determine that your mousepad has a manufacturing defect or workmanship issue covered by this warranty, we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.


30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

In addition to our 6-month warranty, all purchases include our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your mousepad for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Item must be unused and in original condition.
